Oberarther Sonnengruss - Melons with mint

🛒 INGREDIENTS FOR 4 SERVINGS:

  • 800g watermelon (with peel, in appropriate pieces)
  • 1 small cucumber (approx. 150 g)
  • 1 handful of fresh mint leaves (approx. 10 g)
  • 150 g blueberries (fresh, washed)
  • 2 ripe peaches (optional with skin, pitted)
  • Juice of ½ lime (for some freshness)

👨‍🍳 PREPARATION:

  1. Wash all ingredients thoroughly. Thanks to Hurom Slow Juicer technology, you can
    you put them whole into the juicer – no peeling or cutting necessary.
  2. First, add the mint leaves to the Hurom so that their aroma is evenly distributed.
  3. Then add watermelon, blueberries, cucumber and peaches alternately into the juicer.
  4. Finally, add the lime juice directly to the freshly squeezed juice and stir.
  5. Serve in glasses with ice cubes and garnish with a mint leaf.
