The almond milk recipe

Ingredients:

450g almonds
1 L water

Preparation:

  1. Soak the almonds in water overnight for at least 4 hours. Then drain, discard the soaking water, and peel the almonds if desired.
  2. Press the almonds in the juicer, adding almonds and fresh water alternately.
  3. The finished almond milk will keep refrigerated in a bottle for up to 48 hours. Cheers!
