Autumn in a glass: Pumpkin meets apple

🛒 INGREDIENTS FOR 4 SERVINGS :

  • 1 small Hokkaido pumpkin (approx. 300–400 g), washed and deseeded
  • 2-3 sweet apples, e.g. Gala or Honeycrisp, washed (with peel)
  • 1 piece of fresh ginger (approx. 2 cm), washed (optional for added flavor)
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon or a knife tip (optional, for a warm autumnal note)
  • Juice of one small lemon (optional, for freshness)
  1. Wash all ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Halve the pumpkin, remove the seeds – the pieces can be placed whole into the Hurom juicer. The same applies to the apples (without chopping).
  3. Optional: Add ginger, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
  4. Place all ingredients directly into the Hurom slow juicer – start the machine and fill the container with juice.
  5. Enjoy immediately – best served chilled or with ice cubes.
