Spring-fresh vital juice recipe

Ingredients for two glasses:

  • 2 apples (e.g. Boskoop or Gala, seasonal from Switzerland)
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 handful of young spinach
  • ½ lemon (peeled)
  • 1 small piece of ginger (approx. 1 cm)
  • 200 ml coconut water or still water (optional, for a lighter consistency)

Preparation:

  1. Prepare fruits and vegetables : Wash apples, carrots, spinach, and ginger thoroughly under cold water. Peel the lemon.
  2. Juicing : Place all ingredients whole into the HUROM slow juicer. Thanks to the technology, no chopping is necessary.
  3. Enjoy : Pour the fresh juice into glasses and serve with a few ice cubes if desired.
