Creamy fig and cinnamon autumn smoothie

The perfect companion for autumn – sweet figs, creamy yogurt, crunchy nuts & a pinch of cinnamon make this smoothie a true soul food drink.

🛒 INGREDIENTS FOR 2 GLASSES :

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 4–6 figs
  • 2–4 almonds
  • 2–4 pecans
  • 2–4 walnuts
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 200g Greek yogurt
  • 60 ml low-fat milk
  • 1 tbsp rolled oats
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • ice cubes
  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender (or with a hand blender) until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.

🥤 Tip: If you prefer it a little sweeter, you can add a dash of honey or maple syrup.
