HUROM BerryNice Cream – Banana & Berry Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS FOR 2 SERVINGS:

  • 2 ripe bananas (peeled, sliced, and frozen)
  • 150 g mixed berries (e.g. strawberries, raspberries, blueberries – also frozen)
  • Optional: 1 tsp maple syrup or date syrup (for extra sweetness)
  • Optional: A few fresh mint leaves for garnishing

PREPARATION:

  1. Insert ice cream insert: Use the sorbet/ice cream insert of your HUROM slow juicer (instead of the fine sieve).
  2. Let the frozen banana slices and berries thaw for about 5 minutes – this makes everything easier to work with and gives the consistency a nice creamy texture.
  3. Alternate the ingredients – put a handful of banana slices and a handful of berries into the feed chute and press them through slowly.
  4. Pour the finished nice cream directly into bowls, top with fresh berries, mint, or a drizzle of maple syrup if desired – and enjoy immediately!

Tip:

If you like, you can also add frozen mango, pineapple, or cherries—the sky's the limit! For a creamier result, add a splash of plant-based milk (but it's best to blend it).
