🛒 INGREDIENTS FOR 4 SERVINGS:

  • 200 g blueberries (fresh)
  • 100 g currants (red or black, depending on your preference)
  • 100 g strawberries (optional, if still available)
  • 2 oranges (peeled)
  • 1 grapefruit (pink, peeled)
  • 1 lemon (peeled)
  • 1 small piece of fresh ginger (approx. 10 g, optional for a fresh kick)
  • Some ice cubes for serving
  • Fresh mint for decoration (optional)


👨‍🍳 PREPARATION:

  1. Wash all berries and citrus fruits thoroughly
    (In the case of citrus fruits, the peel can be processed if you would like to enjoy bitter notes in the juice)
  2. If desired, rinse the ginger briefly
  3. Place all ingredients whole and unchopped into the Hurom juicer
  4. Pour the freshly squeezed juice directly into glasses with ice.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint and enjoy immediately
